Mother Nature is a Tough Opponent

Once again the weather has caused a postponement in the boy's soccer season. The JV boy's soccer match scheduled for today (April 6th) in Rock Springs has had to be rescheduled due to the winter weather. We are working on getting this match rescheduled as soon as possible. We are crossing our fingers that tomorrow's Varsity match in Green River will still be a go. We will have to see how much more snow we get or how fast it melts.

Snow Postpones Match

The match scheduled for Thursday April 1st was postponed due to snowy conditions in both Rock Springs and Laramie. This is a non-conference match and does not need to be made up but both schools want to makeup the match later on in the season. If the two schools can find a date were it will work later on in the spring the match will be re-scheduled. If not then the match simply will not be played. The RS Tigers are currently on Spring Break and will resume practicing on Monday at 4pm. Up Next for the Tigers: JV vs Green River Tuesday April 6th at Crossroads Park in Rock Springs at 5pm. For the Varsity the first leg of the Sweetwater Cup versus their arch rivals the Green River Wolves, match to be played in Green River on Wednesday April 7th at 5pm.
